Why would you bodybuild so young? Trying to impress the ladies? Don’t do that man. Just be yourself and focus on brain training.
Suggestions? Do a lot of sports! It will not give you a huge body, but know that it’s possible to reach a high muscle definition. With time, YOU WILL get muscle mass. Tip: “More pushups!”
