@XzEp1cSc0p3zX Too young for “body building”. You should wait untill your body is mature (adult) before training your muscles for huge mass gain. Why would you bodybuild so young? Trying to impress the ladies?
Suggestions? Do a lot of sports! It will not give you a huge body, but know that it’s possible to reach a high muscle definition. With time, YOU WILL get muscle mass.

hey man im going start into fitness again but i need to start back a bit slowly because i have been very busy with school, exams and karate. what weight routine should i be looking for.. beginner, intermediate, split routine or only work one muscle group once a week. i am really confused with all the information that is available today.. thanks Matt
